Return & Exchange Requests
Glamorous Fashion House does not allow exchange or refund for orders and only follows a "Return-then-Exchange" approach if it was related to one of the below conditions:
- Damaged Product (eg. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)
- Receiving the wrong Product (Glamorous Fashion House Error)
For the conditions above, Glamorous Fashion House has the full right to reject the Return-then-Exchange request after reviewing all inputs provided regarding the case. The Return-then-Exchange request will be considered invalid if defected returned Products turn out to be a customer caused the defect or turned out to be that the Product is consumed or was used by the customer.
Return-then-Exchange requests shall be placed within three (3) days of the order delivery. Glamorous Fashion House may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and products at its discretion.
To place a Return-then-Exchange request for an order placed with Glamorous Fashion House, You would need to contact us via Contact Us page or via email at info@glamorousjo.com . Please have Your order number available and provide reasons and pictures (if needed) for Your request to speed up the process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will notify You via email of the results and the customer has to pay the return shipping fees once the case is approved.
Once Products are received at our facilities, Glamorous Fashion House will issue a coupon code with the total eligible amount of the returned Products/order and provide You with it via email. Your coupon code amount is considered a store credit, you can use it to place future orders, it is eligible for all products, and has no expiry date.
- Shipping fees, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable.
