Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery Period: (10 - 16) business days all year except for orders placed between the 10th of February and the 27th of February will be shipped after that due to the Chinese New Year holiday. However, all delivery dates (whether provided here, on the Website, in an Order confirmation, or elsewhere) are estimates only and not a guarantee that any of the Products will be delivered by a given date.
 
All risk of loss for Products shall pass to you upon delivery of Products to the location specified at checkout (even if no signature is required for delivery). If You should refuse or fail to take delivery of Products, all risk of loss for Products will thereupon pass to you.

Any delays in orders delivery due to countries' rules and regulations of their government customs or due to customer delays in fulfilling payments including shipping, handling, duties, or taxes are not considered (Glamorous Fashion House)’s responsibility and shall leave (Glamorous Fashion House) with no liability.

Once (Glamorous Fashion House) ships the order and provide you with the tracking number. Your order will be considered fulfilled, and it will be your responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier on the status of your order.
